If you get an Error Raised by PMS/CRS error code in your Status Page, it indicates that your downstream system has rejected the restriction message due to invalid data.

While this is a generic error code and initial troubleshooting should happen in your PMS or CRS, we have provided below common root causes for some systems.

MEWS

Description:

Maximum value must be greater than or equal to minimum

Root Cause:

Impacted rate plans have a max LOS in place within the PMS for a # of days that is *less* than the min LOS being sent from FLYR

Resolution:

  1. Review if you have any conflicting restrictions set up in FLYR for rate plans that have a low max LOS.

  2. If there are none, please review in the PMS whether there are any conflicting restrictions that had been previously set. Conflicting restrictions must be removed from both systems before any further restriction updates can be pushed.

Stayntouch

Description:

Cannot update locked restrictions from Rate Manager

Root Cause:

Impacted rate plans listed in your error detail drawer have restrictions defined in the rate code setup within the PMS. These must be removed in order for this rate plan to accept user or system restrictions input.

Resolution:

  1. Review your rate plan settings in the PMS.

  2. Any restrictions that have been added from the rate code setup level will need to be removed from rate code setup and not through Rate Manager.

  3. To do so, navigate to Settings > Rates > Rates > Select the Rate > Rate Details > RULES & RESTRICTIONS and delete the restriction(s) in place.

Opera Cloud - OHIP

Description:

Rate Plan Code is not mapped to Property

Root cause:

Rate Code may be missing associated Room Type, Rate Period, or Sell Date Range in Rate Plan configuration within the PMS

Resolution:

  1. Review your rate plan configuration in the PMS.

  2. The assigned room types, rate periods and sell date ranges should match the restriction parameters you have set up in FLYR.
