This page provides an overview of your optimization and automation settings for all properties to which you have access in your portfolio.

Note that this is a view only screen for all users. To make any edits, please contact FLYR's Advisory team via the platform chat.

Property

  • Displays the name of each property in your portfolio to which you have at least view access

  • Clicking on the property name to open its individual Inventory optimization settings page

  • Use the checkboxes to the left for bulk editing multiple properties at once. (Note: Bulk edit is only available when all selected properties have the same Optimize Enabled setting)

  • Quick filtering is available via the filter icon at top right, so that you can easily review settings by brand or integrated system

Optimize Enabled

  • Controls whether FLYR’s optimization engine is active for the property

  • On → This property is active for optimization of pricing and restrictions

  • Off → This property is active for Insights only

Automation

  • Indicates whether price updates are automatically sent to your PMS/CRS.

  • On → Optimized prices are pushed automatically

  • Off → FLYR still generates optimized rates, but you must review/accept them manually in Optimization

Tactical LOS Type

  • Defines the type of minimum length-of-stay restriction available for tactical restrictions

To maximize the performance of our AI-driven recommendations, tactical LOS restrictions will be standardized to one type per property — either Stay or Arrive — based on your team’s preference and any downstream system considerations. This approach allows our recommendation engine to evaluate fewer conflicting signals and deliver more precise, targeted outputs, ensuring your strategy is both simplified and optimized.
  • Options:

    • Arrival → restriction applies only if the guest arrives on that date

    • Stay → restriction applies if the guest stays through that date, regardless of arrival

Pricing Window

  • Defines how far into the future FLYR generates and syncs pricing recommendations

  • Shown in days (365 to 730 days)

Restriction Window

  • Defines how far into the future FLYR syncs restrictions to external systems

  • Shown in days (365 to 730 days)

  • May be set differently from the Pricing Window.
