Error description types and steps to resolve

If you get one of the following errors in your Status Page, it indicates a potential issue with your integration. This article provides troubleshooting steps for resolving these restrictions errors.


Missing Inventory Type

Description:

The inventories listed in the Error Detail view either do not exist or are not active in your PMS/CRS.

Resolution:

  1. Verify that the inventory or inventories shown in the Error Detail exist and are active in your PMS/CRS.

  2. Once confirmed, go back to the Error Detail view and click Mark as Complete to notify us and trigger a retry.


Missing Rate Plan

Description:

The rate plans specified in the Error Detail view either do not exist or are not active in your PMS/CRS.

Resolution:

  1. Verify that the rate plans listed in the Error Detail view exist and are active in your PMS/CRS.

  2. Once confirmed, return to the Error Detail view and click Mark as Complete to notify us and trigger a retry.


No Existing Price

Description:

There is no price assigned in your PMS/CRS for the inventories, rate plans and date ranges specified in the Error Detail view. Some systems require a price to be present before a restriction can be applied.

Resolution:

  1. Add prices in your PMS/CRS for the inventories, rate plans and date ranges listed in the Error Detail view.

  2. Once prices are added, go back to the Error Detail view and click Mark as Complete to notify us and initiate a retry.


Date Out of Range

Description:

The restrictions specified in the Error Detail view are outside the date range allowed by your PMS/CRS for the specified rate plans and inventories.

Resolution:

  1. Extend the rate plan range allowed in your PMS/CRS.

  2. After completing this step, go back to the Error Detail view and click Mark as Complete to notify us and initiate a retry.
