Here at FLYR Hospitality, we are all about action first and thus, we have designed the most efficient ways for you to interact with restrictions recommendations and change multiple restrictions at any given time.
Navigate to the Optimization using the menu on the left of your screen and click on the Restrictions tab to access the page. The default view is from today for the next month, but you can easily switch to view the next 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. You can of course also select a custom period you wish to look at.
The Restrictions table will highlight in teal any date & inventory group that currently has a restriction recommendation, namely FLYR is suggesting to apply a different restriction compared to what it is currently in place.
Apply a Single Restriction Recommendation
For each inventory group and date where a recommendation is highlighted, click on it to open the restrictions popover. You can quickly update the restrictions by pressing apply to either the yieldable or parity restriction recommendation or both of them. Once you click on Apply, the restriction will be pushed through to your PMS within a few seconds.
Apply Multiple Restrictions Recommendations
Once you get more comfortable with the system, you will probably want to accept the suggested restrictions for multiple dates and inventory groups at a time. There are two main options available for you:
Restrictions Recommendations drawer - open the Restrictions Recommendations drawer by clicking on the Restrictions Recommendations button to review the recommendations for the full horizon. You can apply a single recommendation or you can now multi-select recommendations and hit Apply Recommendations to apply the restrictions for the desired dates.
Multi-select Dates & Inventories in the Restrictions table - you can also multi-select inventories and dates in the Restriction table; the footer will now be displayed and you can choose to apply the restriction recommendation for your selection.
