How to Activate the Amadeus Demand360 Data Feed

Step-by-step guide for properties looking to initiate the Amadeus Demand360 data feed with FLYR Insights — eligibility, authorization form, and what to expect after submission.

Benchmarking (Demand360) requires an active data connection between your Amadeus Demand360 account and FLYR Insights. To establish this connection, your property needs to complete a short authorization process with Amadeus. This article explains what is involved and how to get started.

Prerequisite: You must have an active Amadeus Demand360 subscription to use Benchmarking (Demand360) in FLYR Insights. If you are not sure whether your property qualifies, contact your Amadeus contact.


Step 1: Download, complete, and sign the authorization form

Once you have an active Amadeus Demand360 subscription, you will need to sign the FLYR–Amadeus Authorization Form. This is a brief legal authorization (one page) that gives both Amadeus and FLYR permission to share data on your behalf.

The form covers data sharing across the Amadeus suite (Demand360, RevenueStrategy360, and Agency360), but the data feed into FLYR Insights is for Demand360 only.

You must list each property you want to include in the feed directly on the form. Authorizations are property-specific — each property in scope needs to be named.

Download the form, fill in your property list, and have it signed by an authorized signatory at your organization.


Step 2: Send the signed form to Amadeus

Once signed, email the completed form to [email protected]. The Amadeus team will review it, initiate the data feed for your listed properties, and let our team know so we can finalise the connection.

Can I add more properties later?

Yes — you can submit an additional authorization for new properties at any time. Download a new form, complete it for the additional properties, and send it to [email protected].

I have a Demand360 subscription but my data isn't appearing in Insights. What should I do?

First check whether the authorization form has been completed and submitted for your property. If it has, follow up with Amadeus to confirm they have initiated the feed. If the feed is confirmed as active and data is still not appearing, reach out to FLYR via the in-app chat and we will investigate.

I am part of a brand. Does the process work the same way?

The authorization form and process are the same, but in some cases there could be additional brand-level constraints that Amadeus manages on their side. Contact your Amadeus contact for guidance specific to your brand setup.
