What is included in this data set?
The Forecasts & Budgets topic is the place to monitor and benchmark your property's performance against your forecasts and budgets. It brings together performance data, Forecasts, and Budgets in one topic — across overnight accommodation revenue, additional accommodation revenue (all accommodation transactions that are not overnight stays, such as no shows and day use), and all accommodation revenue.
On-the-Books (OTB)
Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Units, and Capacity. Each Accommodation Revenue measure is available in three variants, pre-built for overnight accommodation revenue, additional accommodation revenue, and all accommodation revenue:
Current — your live OTB position
Previous — prior period actuals for the same stay dates
STLP — same time last period (your booking position at the equivalent point in the prior period)
AI Forecasts
ADR, Occupancy, Overnight Accommodation Revenue, RevPAR, and Units. AI Forecasts cover Overnight Accommodation Revenue only.
User Forecasts and Budgets
Both are input and managed by users in Planning. ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, Units, and Accommodation Revenue. Accommodation Revenue measures can cover Overnight Accommodation Revenue, Additional Accommodation Revenue, or all accommodation revenue, depending on how the forecast or budget has been built in Planning.
