How do I connect my Lighthouse data?

Read on to find out the easiest way to view your Lighthouse numbers in Market Data.

We are strong believers in primary data. However, we know that as a Revenue Manager you also might want to benchmark against your perceived competitor set. This is why we teamed up with Lighthouse (formerly OTAInsight) to pool even more useful data insights.

So, how do I connect my data?

If you already have access to Insights 📊 and have an account with Lighthouse, you're almost there!

  1. Reach out to your Lighthouse account manager and ask them to activate the FLYR data feed for your properties. They'll share an Integration ID and Start Date with you — and confirm the feed has been switched on. Please note that receiving the Integration ID alone doesn't start the data flow; Lighthouse must enable delivery from their side.

  2. Next step: send us this information over the chat on the FLYR Hospitality app, we will finalise the connection and let you know once we have access to your data.

  3. Once you have access, make sure to configure default filters for your market rates following these instructions.

And that's it!

N.B. It may take a few days before everything is set up if the teams are particularly busy.

N.B. Lighthouse provides data for up to 90 days into the future by default. To extend this range to 365 days, please contact your account manager to adjust the rate delivery agreement.
