The following guide will help you to reset the password and will work for the following use cases:
You forgot your password and want to reset your password
You want to change your password to a new password
You haven't configured a password yet or were unable to do so following the link sent in the welcome email
Any of the above sound like you? Follow the easy step-by-step guide below to get you set up with a working password:
Navigate to the Login page
Click on the "Forgot your password?" prompt underneath the Login Form
On the new page you will be asked to provide your email address. Please add this and click on the "Send Email" button.
You will now receive an email from FLYR for Hospitality which contains a link to a website where you can set up your password. Click on the link to open the page.
Add your desired password and confirm it in the second form field.
Important Notice: There is no need to add your email here anywhere.
In some instances it might happen that you receive the following error:
This means that the link you opened from the email expired and is not valid to create a new password anymore. If this happens, please restart the whole process flow described in this article.
