Whether you're looking for your personal dashboards, favorite documents, or shared resources, understanding the navigation structure will enhance your productivity and ease of access.

Location: Side Navigation > Personal

Description:
The Personal section serves as your central hub for managing your individual content. It encompasses your favorite documents and personal files, ensuring you have quick and organized access to your most important work.

Favorites ⭐

Location: Personal > Favorites

Description:
​Favorites is your curated list of all the dashboards and workbooks you've marked as favorites. This section allows you to quickly access your most frequently used or important documents without searching through multiple folders.

How to Add Favorites:

  • From Content Pages: Click the ⭐ icon next to any dashboard or workbook.

  • From Lists: Whether you're viewing My Documents, Hub, or Shared with Me, simply favorite items directly from these lists.

Benefits:

  • Streamlined access to essential documents.

  • Personalized workspace tailored to your needs.

My Documents πŸ“

Location: Personal > My Documents

Description:
In My Documents, you'll find a comprehensive list of your personal documents and folders. This area serves as your primary workspace for managing all your individual content.

  • Organize documents into folders for better management.

  • Access all your personal dashboards and workbooks in one place.

Location: Side Navigation > Shared

Description:
The Shared section is designed for collaboration, containing all folders and documents that your organization and FLYR Hospitality have shared with you. It includes both organization-wide resources and content shared directly with you, facilitating seamless teamwork and information sharing.

Hub 🌐

Location: Shared > Hub

Description:
​Hub is the central repository for all content shared across your entire organization. This includes:

  • FLYR Templates: Pre-designed templates created and managed by FLYR Hospitality.

  • Hotel Group Folder: Managed by your organization's administrators, this folder includes all dashboards made available for access by everyone within your organization.

Benefits:

  • Access organization-wide resources and templates.

  • Discover new tools and documents to enhance your work.

Shared with Me πŸ“€

Location: Shared > Shared with Me

Description:
The Shared with Me section displays all folders and dashboards that have been directly shared with you. This personalized area ensures you can quickly find and access content collaborators have provided specifically for your use.

Features:

  • View content shared by individual team members.

  • Access shared dashboards and workbooks without navigating through the entire Shared section.

Description:
​All consolidates every piece of content you have permission to access into a single view. This includes personal, shared, and hub content, offering multiple ways to sort and filter for efficient navigation.

Sorting Options:

  • Alphabetically

  • By Time Created or Modified

  • Number of Views

  • Number of Favorites

Filtering Options:

  • Filter content by the Creator for easier discovery.

Use Cases:

  • Quickly find any document across different sections.

  • Analyze content popularity based on views or favorites.


My Activity πŸ“ˆ

Location: Side Navigation > My Activity

Description:
​My Activity provides a detailed log of your interactions within the Insights product. This includes:

  • Documents you've created or modified.

  • Dashboards you've viewed or updated.

  • Workbooks you've interacted with.

Benefits:

  • Track your progress and contributions.

  • Easily revisit recent activities and updates.


Trash πŸ—‘οΈ

Location: Side Navigation > Trash

Description:
The Trash section lists all content that has been discarded from the Insights product. You can choose to view:

  • Your Discarded Content: Items you've personally deleted.

  • All Users' Discarded Content: Depending on your permissions, you might see content deleted by other users.

Managing Trash:

  • Restore Items: Recover accidentally deleted documents.

Tips:

  • Regularly check the Trash to ensure important documents aren't accidentally deleted.
