In Insights, you might have created your own custom dashboards and want to move them amongst the team in terms of who can access them!

Important to note: Any reports in your personal folder will always only be visible to you 🧑‍💼

In the event that you might want the entire team to have access to a report you built 👩‍💼👨‍💼🧑🏻‍💻 you would make use of the below function (3 dots) when you are in that dashboard to open up a series of options and choose "Move to Shared"

This is ultimately how you would move a report to the Shared Folder where it becomes visible to all users and of course, yourself as well but now instead of in your personal folder, it simply lives there.
