How to sign up?

To establish a connection between Cloudbeds and Flyr Hospitality for all or a selection of your properties, you have to make sure that your user has access to the Cloudbeds marketplace and can view all properties that you want to connect to Flyr Hospitality.

Once signed in, navigate to the Apps & Marketplace has shown in the screenshot below.

From there, simply search for Flyr Hospitality (note the below images may show our old name and this should already be updated within the CloudBeds marketplace), click on Learn More and hit the Connect App button. This will take you to a screen where you can decide if you want to connect all or only selected properties.

Once you've made your choice, you will need to confirm the levels of access Flyr Hospitality requires. If you are happy to connect, simply scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on Allow Access.

Once you have connected, a member of our Customer Success team will reach out to you to guide you through the onboarding in order to set your property up for success!

What does our integration support?

Optimize - Automated Pricing, Forecasting & a ton of other awesome features!

Analyze - Our powerful BI solution leveraging a world of interactive dashboards created by our team along with our industry leading Explore function to create your own custom reporting πŸ“Š

What are the limitations of the integration?

Currently there are two limitations in the Cloudbeds integration which are the same for all Revenue Management Systems:

  1. Cloudbeds doesn't allow Flyr to create or update restrictions.

  2. Cloudbeds doesn't detail group blocks or allotments which can lead to some availability discrepancies.

  3. Flyr can only push prices to Cloudbeds if a price exists in Cloudbeds. During onboarding, we recommend loading rates for at least 18 months in the future.

Otherwise the Flyr Hospitality <> Cloudbeds integration is fully functional for you to take advantage of Flyrs' optimisation engine and business intelligence.

How to disconnect the apps?

If we get to this point, we're of course sad to see you leave. However, to make this as convenient as possible for you, simply follow the steps within Cloudbeds as outlined here.

Once this update has reached us we will initiate all further steps to fully disable the connection. We will also reach out to you from our Customer Success team if there is anything we could've done differently or if we can help you someone in your next steps of finding a Revenue Management Solution that works for you.
