So, how do I connect my data?
If you already have access to Insights 📊 and have an account with Lighthouse (OTAInsight), you're almost there!
Reach out to your Lighthouse account manager and let them know you want to connect with us. They will supply you with some simple information such as:
Integration ID
Start Date
2. Next step: send us this information over the chat on the FLYR Hospitality app, we will finalise the connection and let you know once we have access to your data.
3. Once you have access, make sure to configure default filters for your market rates following these instructions.
And that's it!
N.B. It may take a few days before everything is set up if the teams are particularly busy.
N.B. Lighthouse subscription delivers rate shops for 2 guests only.
N.B. Lighthouse provides data for up to 90 days into the future by default. To extend this range to 365 days, please contact your account manager to adjust the rate delivery agreement.
