Fairmas x Flyr Integration

This article explains and describes how the Fairmas connection works and how to establish it

Introduction

FLYR Hospitality and Fairmas have integrated their systems to better serve their shared customers šŸ™Œ

As part of this integration, forecasts produced by FLYR Hospitality and user forecasts entered in the platform can be sent to Fairmas and displayed in the Fairmas app!

This allows customers who use both FLYR and Fairmas to have a more comprehensive view of their revenue management data. By working together, FLYR and Fairmas are able to provide a more streamlined and efficient revenue management experience.

Requirements for Setup

  • Active subscription to FLYR Insights & Planning

  • Active subscription to Fairmas

Configuration (Customer Steps)

  1. Reach out to Fairmas informing them that you would like to start the flow from FLYR Insights to Fairmas.

    You will need to:

    1. Inform Fairmas if you wish to populate USER FORECAST, FLYR AI FORECAST, or both (the template does not change).

    2. Receive from Fairmas what ā€œCustomer Nameā€ should be used and share back to our team via the chat.

    3. Define with Fairmas the preferred method (email or SFTP)

  2. Request / Access this file in Insights šŸ“Š

    1. CUSTOMER: Request that the Fairmas file be shared by the Advisory Team into your shared folder

    2. Once received, you can schedule the reports daily 6am UTC either via SFTP or email using credentials provided by Fairmas (subject to Fairmas/customer agreed process)

      1. Select email or SFTP

      2. Change time to 6:00 AM UTC

      3. Change format in the dashboard section to CSVs (in ZIP file) and add the property names

        1. IF Email: enter email address provided by FAIRMAS

        2. IF SFTP: Enter Address, Port, Username and Password provided by FAIRMAS
