Understanding & Setting Up Inventory Labels

Written by Michael Gimingham

Inventory Labels allow you to assign or segment a specific label that can be visualised separately and each one can encompass the data.

Example: Dorms and Rooms - All inventories that are dorm rooms labelled as such as vice versa with the more traditional rooms in a hybrid property such as this.

This can be totally custom depending on your needs - Real example below

By assigning an inventory label of each, you can now report at the Inventory Label level as well as each individual inventory.

How to setup Inventory Labels

Please simply ensure you reach out to our team via the chat stating the exact name or names of properties you wish to add or update inventory labels for, whereby they will provide you with an Excel document to complete and share back for our team to load.

What If I see Unmapped or Unidentified Data in my Inventory Labels

If you see discrepancies in your inventory labels it is most likely that you have added or adjusted inventories along the way and these now need updating or allocating as well. In this case, ask our team for the same excel document as above where it is likely there will be one or two inventories without labels attached which you can then update and send back to us.
