How to Copy Data Enrichment Configurations

Step 1: Access Data Enrichment Settings & Initiate the Copy

  1. Navigate to Settings in your left-hand menu

  2. Click on Data Enrichment

  3. Select either the Channel or Company tab depending on which configuration you want to copy

  4. Click on Actions -> Copy Configuration button

Step 2: Select Source and Target Properties

  1. Copy from - select your source property (the property you want to copy from)

  2. Copy to - choose one or more target properties where you want to apply the configuration. You can select multiple properties to update them all at once

Step 3: Define Configuration Elements to Copy

For Channels - select any combination of:

  • Display Name - the standardized display name for the channel

  • Channel Label - categorization tags for the channel

  • Costs - cost information associated with the channel

For Companies - Company Label is automatically included in the copy

Step 4: Choose Specific Profiles (Optional)

You have two options:

  • Copy all matching channels/companies - automatically apply to all profiles that exist in both source and target properties

  • Select specific profiles - choose only the channels or companies you want to update

Step 5: Preview and Confirm

  1. Review the changes that will be applied to your target properties

  2. Make any necessary amendments before finalizing

  3. Click Save to apply the configuration

⚠️ Important Considerations

  • Matching profiles - the copy configuration works on channel/companies with identical names between the source and target properties.

  • Preview before saving - always review the preview to ensure the changes match your expectations before finalizing.
